Bio
Jennifer joined RMB Capital in 2005 at its inception, originally coming on board as the firm’s chief compliance officer and director of HR and operations. Now with over 25 years of experience in financial services, Jennifer has proven indispensable to RMB and instrumental in fostering the firm’s culture and employee experience. Today, Jennifer oversees RMB’s HR efforts, including hiring, training and development, benefits and compensation, diversity and inclusion, and more. Before joining RMB, Jennifer served as the chief compliance officer at The Burridge Group, LLC, and held various financial service positions at Harris Associates and J.P. Morgan Chase (formerly First Chicago Bank). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Illinois State University and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources® certification.
