Bio
Shelly is a Client Service Administrator at RMB Capital. She supports the wealth management team by completing administrative and organizational duties, such as creating and maintaining client records, accounts, and databases, as well as arranging for paperwork delivery and resolving custodial and third-party issues.
She comes to RMB Capital from the healthcare field, and holds a license as an occupational therapy assistant. Her most recent experience was 8 years spent as a Program Manager over a rehabilitation department in a skilled nursing facility. In this position she completed complex administrative duties, and collaborated with clients, families, and an interdisciplinary team.
In her free time, Shelly created a local board game group, and she hosts collaborative community building events in southwest Michigan.
