RMB is proud to announce five new partners for 2023. The new partners are Peter Bach, CPA®; Amber Hickory; Ryan Kennedy, CFA®; Bob Marchese; and John O’Connor, CFA®. The firm now has 35 partners.
RMB’s founding partner, CEO and co-chief investment officer Dick Burridge said that the new partners, ranging in tenure from one year to seven years, are a critical link from the firm’s longtime leaders to its future.
“This year’s class of partners joined us more recently, but they’ve all demonstrated a deep understanding of our principles of client service and dedication to our independence and success as a firm in that short time,” said Burridge. “We feel strongly that they will be excellent stewards of our business and assets.”
Bach is a senior relationship manager in RMB’s Minneapolis office and joined the firm in 2017. He is a Certified Public Accountant® and previously served as chairman and CEO of Jacobus Wealth Management prior to that firm joining RMB in 2017. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Southern California.
Hickory is RMB’s chief marketing officer, based in the firm’s Denver office. Before joining RMB in early 2022, she had served as executive director of marketing and communications at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business. She holds an MBA in marketing and entrepreneurship from CU Leeds and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
Kennedy is a portfolio manager for RMB’s asset management team in Chicago and a Chartered Financial Analyst®. He joined the firm in 2016. He is also a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. He holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Santa Clara University.
Marchese is a senior relationship manager for RMB’s Family Office Services, based in Chicago. He joined RMB in 2017. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. He holds an MBA in finance from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Indiana University.
O’Connor is a portfolio manager for RMB’s asset management team in Chicago. He joined RMB in 2017 and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Butler University.
