Bio

Frederick Paulman is a Senior Partner at Curi Capital, where he has spent the past 21 years advising clients and helping guide the firm’s long-term growth. He is also the co-founder of RMB Capital Management, which later became part of Curi Capital, reflecting his longstanding commitment to building thoughtful, client-focused investment platforms.

Frederick holds the Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations, bringing a combination of strategic investment insight and deep financial expertise to his work. His approach is grounded in rigorous analysis, long-term thinking, and a clear understanding of each client’s unique goals.

Outside the office, Frederick splits his time between Chicago and Delray Beach, Florida. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Pia, their five children, and their three parents, and values the balance of family, perspective, and connection that anchors both his personal and professional life.
