Bio
Don is the managing partner of RMB and leads the operational and strategic direction of the firm. He joined RMB in 2011 to launch the expansion of the business in the western U.S. and to oversee the firm’s inorganic growth strategy.
Prior to RMB, Don was managing director at RBC Capital Markets and Daniels & Associates, producing a track record of billions in corporate financing and merger and acquisition transactions while serving as a trusted advisor to corporations and business owners.
Don graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and obtained his MBA in finance and marketing from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In 1991, he became a CFA® charter holder and currently serves on the Boards of Directors of InBankshares Corp. and RMB Capital Holdings.
