RMB has been named to the Denver Business Journal’s 2023 Best Places to Work list.
Approximately 200 companies with operations in the Denver area applied for the honor. RMB was one of 20 companies honored in the “small” category (firms with 10 to 20 employees based in the Denver area). Co-sponsored by Quantum Workplace, the list is based on the results of employee surveys and “honors superior organizations where voices are heard, cultures are thriving, and employees are engaged.” Quantum Workplace’s methodology assesses “the realities of working at each company, using factors like compensation and benefits as well as cultural markers, such as trust in senior leadership.”
“We are thrilled that the Denver Business Journal has selected RMB’s office here in Denver for this tremendous honor,” said RMB’s managing partner Don Bechter. “What makes this truly special is that it’s based on employee feedback, so our RMB team members in Colorado were the ones who validated our culture and workplace environment.”
RMB will be honored along with the other winners at a ceremony on April 28 and will be featured in a special section of the Denver Business Journal on May 5.
