RMB has won a 2022 Ascension Award as part of national financial publication InvestmentNews’ annual “Women to Watch” honors.

The Ascension Award is given to financial advisory firms that have a percentage of women executives in their C-suite of at least 30%-50%, and equal to or greater than the percentage of women among its total employees. The award was announced Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at a ceremony in New York.

“We are honored by this national recognition from InvestmentNews,” said Dick Burridge, founding partner and CEO of RMB. “Inclusion has always been a pillar of who we are as a firm, and since our founding we’ve always sought to make sure we created opportunities for women in an industry that is still disproportionately male-dominated.”

Four of the eight current RMB c-suite executives are women: chief administrative officer Laura Flentye; co-managing director of wealth management Michele Francisco, CFP®; chief marketing officer Amber Hickory; and chief human resources officer Jennifer Rydwelski.

The full list of 2022 “Women to Watch” winners will be published in the Nov. 21 issue of InvestmentNews
